5+ years of project management experience in multifamily residential construction

Track record managing projects of 50+ units from predevelopment through certificate of occupancy

Strong understanding of construction documents, building codes, and permitting processes

Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field — or equivalent work experience
