Now Hiring: Foundry Production Employees – Novi, Michigan
Temperform in Novi, MI is seeking Foundry Production Employees to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll receive hands-on training while learning various processes within the foundry. No prior foundry experience is required-we’ll train you. You’ll be part of a team producing quality castings for industries such as mining, marine, HVAC, and oil & gas. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact in a supportive team environment.
Pay & Schedule:

$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday, overtime as needed)
What You’ll Do:-
Operate machinery, equipment, and hand tools

Produce quality castings through processes such as sand molding, melting & pouring, grinding, and material handling

Follow instructions and standard operating procedures
-
Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards

Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:-
High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in manufacturing or production a plus

Willingness to work in a foundry environment
