We're offering a career-building opportunity to become a certified dog groomer through the nationally recognized Paragon School of Pet Grooming — completely paid for by us! You'll start as a Grooming Assistant (Groom Tech) while receiving hands-on experience and structured training on the job.
What You’ll Do:
As a Groom Tech, you’ll support our grooming team while learning everything you need to succeed in the pet grooming industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Enrolling in our free, paid Paragon online grooming program while working and learning on-site.
- Getting hands-on with grooming tools and techniques.
- Bathing, brushing, drying, and trimming pets with care and patience.
- Learning breed-specific grooming styles and safe handling practices.
- Ensuring a calm, clean, and safe environment for every pet.
- Recommending products and services that help keep pets happy and healthy.
- Assisting store team members as needed during downtime in grooming services.
What We’re Looking For:
- A love for animals and a strong desire to become a professional groomer.
- No prior grooming experience needed — just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
- High school diploma or GED.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active on your feet.
- Comfortable completing online lessons and quizzes.
- Open to flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be 18 or older and able to pass any required screenings.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
