Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products such as property casualty, health, and commercial insurance policies.
- Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while adhering to insurance regulations and compliance standards.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to attract new clients and expand market reach.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and guiding them through policy options.
- Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulation changes, and product updates to deliver expert advice.
Experience
- Previous experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is highly valued.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Knowledge of insurance products such as property casualty, health insurance, and commercial insurance is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and benefits administration enhances success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills combined with marketing savvy will help you build lasting client relationships.
- Experience in customer service roles that require compliance with regulations like HIPAA or insurance regulation is advantageous.
