Patriot Property Management Group is looking to add an experienced Residential Window Installer with 5+ years of carpentry experience to our growing team. We manage and renovate a large portfolio of residential properties throughout Western Massachusetts and are looking for someone who can confidently handle window removal, installation, flashing, sealing, trim, and finish work.

Requirements:
- 5+ years prior residential window installation experience required
- Ability to remove and install replacement windows independently
- Experience with flashing, insulation, sealing, and finish work
- General carpentry and construction knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
- Dependable, professional, and able to work efficiently as part of a team
This is a full-time W-2 position with consistent work across our residential portfolio. We are growing our installation team and looking for experienced installers who want steady work, competitive pay, and benefits.
