Warehouse Associate – Shipping, Receiving & Inventory

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Prepare outbound orders using company's software
- Load and unload trucks
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse stock
- Use computers and warehouse software to process shipments and inventory
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Shipping & receiving experience preferred
- Comfortable using a computer for inventory and shipping functions
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, or freight shipping is a plus
- Inventory experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required
- Must be willing to work early mornings and overtime as needed
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 9AM start
- Overtime is available and expected when business demands
Pay & Benefits
- Starting at $16.00/hour, based on experience
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
- Performance-based wage increase upon permanent hire
