We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage and lead our client financial services team, which encompasses comprehensive bookkeeping, trial balances, and payroll management for our distinguished clientele. You will take ownership of new business initiatives and foster strong relationships with potential clients. Key responsibilities involve monitoring engagement activity, managing financial records like bank and payroll, preparing financial summaries under US GAAP or IFRS, assisting with budget forecasts, and analyzing key performance indicators. Efficient client communication and engagement budget management are expected, alongside prompt invoicing. The successful candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, a solid grasp of double-entry accounting and taxation matters, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
They must be proficient in English and have strong computer skills, with expertise in Excel and accounting software. An individual with a CPA license and bilingual communication skills will find additional advantages in this role.
