OVERVIEW
Support Food & Beverage (F&B) team and theater managers with ordering, receiving, ticket help, and communications by providing a high standard of food and beverage operations. Serve as the primary front desk receptionist by welcoming guests, answering and directing inquiries, receiving and distributing mail and packages, maintaining the reception area, and providing administrative and operational support for additional office needs as assigned.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Be knowledgeable of company policies, rules, and procedures

Facilitate F&B Helpdesk intake, issue routing, and follow up

Assist with product ordering and receiving in Cinema Solutions or other procurement system

Provide logistical support and assistance to F&B team and theater management during menu updates

Help coordinate Coca-Cola and ICEE ordering at the theater level and with the vendors

Order various items as needed to support the effective F&B operations at the theaters

Order various items as needed for the Support Office

Assist with ordering supplies for Movie Themed Drink program

Support the Operations team, theater managers, and F&B team by maintaining adequate supply of product, consistent execution, and timely communication

Assist with Support Office front desk receptionist duties

Prepare and submit required reports, invoices, and other deliverables in a timely manner

Participate in Individual professional development and training
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in theater operations or similar role with proven success
SKILLS, ABILITIES, & KNOWLEDGE

Proven knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs

Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
