Twinkle Star Dance Academy is growing, and we are looking for an exceptional Lead Dance Teacher who is passionate about working with young children and creating a positive, high-energy classroom environment.
At TSDA, we believe dance class is about more than just steps—it’s about building confidence, creating joy, and making every child feel seen, supported, and celebrated. Our teachers are not just instructors—they are leaders, role models, and the heart of the studio experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaching weekly dance classes using our structured curriculum
- Creating a fun, engaging, and organized classroom environment
- Encouraging and supporting young dancers
- Communicating professionally with parents and staff
- Participating in rehearsals, performances, and studio events
- Attending required trainings and maintaining certification
Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
This is a commitment-based role. We are looking for dependable, professional teachers who take their responsibilities seriously.
- Must be able to commit to a consistent schedule for a full season (12 months)
- Must be available for evenings and weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday required)
- Must be reliable and punctual—classes cannot be canceled or frequently covered
- Must enjoy working with young children (ages 2–10)
- Must be willing to learn and follow our structured curriculum
- Must be open to coaching, feedback, and ongoing training
- Must have reliable transportation

- Can manage a classroom with both structure and warmth

Schedule & Hours
- Part-time (approximately 5–25 hours per week)
- Classes available:
- Mornings
- Evenings
- Saturdays & Sundays
