Belhaven Estate is a Care Home in Orangevale and a GREAT place to work where management truly values their care team. Beautiful 2 acre horse property. Open availability desired (days, nights, back up shifts, weekends as needed).
Current shifts available are Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7am-7pm (we need at least 2 of those covered) with additional days or nights possible if desired.
Good attendance is our number 1 requirement!
Ideal caregiver shall have skills in cleaning, cooking, and a patient manner with residents. An efficient worker who can stay on task.
Requirements:
Experience working with elderly (preferably in a 6 bed board and care)
DOJ fingerprint cleared/clear background is mandatory.
Clear TB test
Current CPR certification
Current First Aid certification
Must be able to care for up to 6 residents ADL's, cooking, cleaning, communicating with owners, handling multiple tasks at one time. Would like to find someone high energy - a fast worker also excited to get the residents engaged in activities (art, walks, sit and be fit etc).
Most importantly we are looking for a hard-working person with a positive attitude and who is VERY RELIABLE IN WORKING THEIR DESIGNATED DAYS.
