We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting of customer service engagements and installations. This role serves as a critical link between professional services, support, operations, logistics, sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and successfully.
This is a true Project Coordination role. To be successful, candidates must have previous experience where project coordination was their primary responsibility. We are specifically seeking individuals who have worked in dedicated roles such as project coordinator, project administrator, implementation coordinator, or professional services coordinator and have experience managing schedules, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and project tracking across multiple concurrent engagements.
Pay: up to $26.00 per hour
- Coordinate professional services engagements and installation activities across the United States
- Partner with support, operations, logistics, sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure project success
- Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Track and report implementation metrics, forecasting data, and project status updates
- Identify risks, blockers, and scheduling conflicts and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain and support business applications including Salesforce CRM, Field Service Lightning, NetSuite, and ServiceNow
- Coordinate professional services team events, training sessions, and off-site meetings
- Create and manage purchase orders for the professional services organization
- Assist with process improvements, documentation, and operational best practices
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
- 1-3 years of experience in a dedicated project coordinator, project administrator, implementation coordinator, professional services coordinator, or very similar role
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Experience where project coordination was the primary job function
- Experience working in a professional services, field services, customer success, technology, or related environment
- Experience validating customer system health checks and firmware requirements
- Ability to communicate technical requirements, dependencies, and project blockers to customers and internal teams
- Ability to develop technical plans to support service delivery
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Basic accounting and finance knowledge
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- IT storage industry experience preferred
