Shifts: Days/Evenings/Nights-12hr/8hr
Pay: $30.50 - $41.00 per hour

Job Duties:
- Provide a range of patient care under the supervision of RCM, DON and healthcare practitioners
- Monitor the overall well-being of the residents and patients
- Communicate and educate families on health-related issues
- Track and communicate patient data, test results,
- Administer medications, vital signs, manage IVs, tube feed, suctioning, catheterization, wound care treatments, blood draws and other assigned duties
- Track and communicate patient data, test results etc. to RCM and attending physician
- Perform charting and assessments in an accurate and timely manner
- Participate is state and federal surveys
- Assist with other nursing functions assigned by the DON and ED
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited licensed vocational or practical nurse program
- Must possess an active license to practice as a licensed practical nurse (LPN)
- Current CPR certification
