Job Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and wants to play a meaningful role in scaling a company from early traction to market leadership. You'll work directly with founders, influence go-to-market strategy, and help drive growth from $1M ARR toward $10M ARR.
This is not a role for someone who relies on inbound leads. We're seeking a builder—someone who creates opportunities, owns outcomes, and enjoys turning ambiguity into results.
What You'll Own
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Run discovery calls, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and commercial negotiations.
- Sell innovative AI-powered software solutions to Customer Support, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
- Partner closely with founders on sales strategy, messaging, and process development.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive customer success and influence product direction.
- Help establish scalable sales playbooks and repeatable revenue processes.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 4-7 years of B2B SaaS closing experience.
- Proven full-cycle sales experience.
- Track record of closing $50K-$100K+ ACV deals.
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills.
- Experience selling to Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders.
- Consistent history of quota attainment.
- Experience carrying seven-figure annual quotas.
Preferred Background
- Startup or high-growth company experience.
- AI, Customer Experience, Customer Support, Contact Center, Workforce Management, Sales Enablement, or Revenue Technology experience.
- Experience helping build sales processes and playbooks from the ground up.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
