What You Will Do
- Respond to inbound leads (no cold calling required, but initiative is rewarded)
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations
- Present product options, pricing, and financing with clarity and confidence
- Build accurate proposals and follow up until the deal is closed
- Track your pipeline and results in the CRM daily
- Hit monthly targets and continuously improve your performance
Key Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience (specific industry experience not required)
- Strong communication, consultative, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Valid driver's license and a reliable, fully insured vehicle
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Professional appearance and approach
