Job Summary:
Hawaii Plumbing Group, LLC is looking to hire a full-time house cleaner. Applicants must have a good work ethic, great attitude, be able to follow instructions and work while unsupervised.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
● Always maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor.
● Cleans and wipes windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, public areas and hallways
● Washes shower walls and tubs, cleans toilets, cleans mirrors, sinks and walls in order to have clean and sanitary guest restrooms.
● Washes all hard floor areas to remove dirt and soiled areas.
● Dusts and polishes all furniture, fixtures and wall hangings including using a duster to reach vents and ceiling corners to remove dust and cobwebs.
● Inventory of housekeeping supplies
● Vacuums rooms, public areas and hallways, operating vacuums weighing up to 35lbs.
● Must have a good eye for details
Qualifications:
● Previous housekeeping experience
● Able to lift 50 lbs.
● Able to stand for long periods of time
● Able to communicate effectively in English
● Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperatives and work with minimal supervision
● Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance
● Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and public
● Knowledge of proper equipment and chemical usage
● Must have reliable transportation
