Qualifications:
- 6 months - 1+ years’ experience in high-end sales/customer service.
- Those with a love for people-facing roles are highly encouraged to apply - Barista (Starbucks), high-end retail sales associate (Nordstrom, Black House White Market), human resources/talent acquisition, flight attendant, hospitality, and or equivalent
- Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation required; valid driver’s license preferred for travel between properties
Essential Responsibilities of the New Home Sales Assistant:
- Opening and closing the models and inventory homes.
- Welcoming potential buyers, building rapport, and providing them with excellent service.
- Escorting prospective buyers through model and inventory homes while highlighting key features and benefits.
- Gathering details and taking diligent notes for the on-site sales team about buyers’ likes, dislikes, wishes, and timeframe for their new dream home.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged standing with occasional sitting and computer use.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Frequent walking, bending, stair climbing, and navigation of model home environments.
Licensed real estate professionals are required to place their license on inactive status as a condition of employment to prevent a conflict of interest with our homebuilder clients.
