We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Service Repair Lead Technician to join our team! In this vital role, you will lead the maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial food service equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met. Duties
- Lead and oversee daily repair and maintenance activities for commercial food service equipment including refrigeration units, ovens, dishwashers, and other equipment.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Connect refrigeration equipment following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
- Provide technical guidance to team members on equipment troubleshooting, assembly, and repair procedures.
- Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, including work orders, schematics updates, and parts used.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* CFESA and EPA master technician. Certified in steam, electrical, gas and refridgertion.
- Proven experience with Food Service equipment repair, installation, and maintenance in a commercial food service environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and use ladder logic for troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in electrical work including wiring, electrical experience, and understanding of refrigeration systems.
- Skilled in plumbing repairs related to food service equipment.
- Experience operating company vehicles safely for field service calls.
- Familiarity with assembly of food service appliances and equipment using hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and problem resolution.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple repair projects simultaneously.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
