An established and growing creative e-commerce company is seeking a dependable, highly organized Production Specialist to help create products, assemble kits, organize inventory, and prepare merchandise for sale.
This position works with unique products in a creative environment and requires exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Build product kits and curated collections
- Assemble handmade products
- Count and verify inventory quantities
- Label and barcode products
- Organize inventory shelving systems
- Prepare products for sale
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow established systems and procedures
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Prior warehouse, retail, production, crafting, or e-commerce experience is helpful but not required
Schedule
Part-Time to Full-Time
20–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Compensation
$20–$25 per hour depending on experience.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
