About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and well-connected Escrow Officer to work on a busy escrow desk. This role requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, deep industry knowledge, and a strong network of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is committed to providing top-tier service to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 15-35 escrows per month with precision and efficiency
- Maintain strong relationships with agents, lenders, and clients
- Oversee escrow transactions from open to close, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Lead and mentor assistants as needed
- Bring in and maintain a book of business to contribute to the company’s growth
- Ensure all transactions adhere to state and federal escrow regulations
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of escrow experience with a proven track record in high-volume transactions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask under pressure
- Strong knowledge of California escrow laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team
- References required
