This isn't a role where you'll sit on the sidelines. From day one, you'll work alongside experienced leaders, coordinate projects from start to finish, and gain exposure to every aspect of the business.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate projects from planning through completion
- Manage project timelines, shipments, inventory, vendors, and customer communication
- Prepare estimates, monitor project costs, and assist with invoicing and receivables
- Track inventory, maintain project documentation, and ensure data accuracy
- Analyze information in Excel and keep multiple projects moving simultaneously
- Partner closely with warehouse operations to ensure projects are delivered successfully
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred in project coordination, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or operations.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced or intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt when priorities change
- Someone who takes ownership, communicates well, asks questions when needed, and follows through
- Experience with CRM, ERP, Salesforce, or warehouse management systems is a plus

Location: Curtis Bay, MD
This position is onsite Monday through Friday during your training period to provide hands-on learning and collaboration with the team. A hybrid schedule could be offered in the future.
