We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Closer/Representative to join our energetic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and closing high-value deals.

What You’ll Do
- Take and close sales calls with qualified prospects (parents of high school students)
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
- Build trust and guide families through a $4K–$10K coaching offer
- Clearly communicate value and handle objections with confidence
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM systems
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining a focus on long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to improve conversion and client experience
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in high-ticket closing ($3K–$10K+)
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills (comfortable speaking with parents)
- Preferred: Parent or experienced professional who can relate to the target market
- Bonus: Background in coaching industry, college admissions, or related fields
- Self-motivated, reliable, and performance-driven
Compensation
- 10-15% commission per deal (based on performance)
- Current earning potential: $6K–$9K/month early, with strong upside as the company scales
