Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Transcriptionist to join our team of professionals in support of the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned (MCCLL).
Essential Duties & Job Functions:

Provide transcription support by converting recorded audio files, interviews, and spoken word content into written Word documents.

Transcribe audio recordings accurately and efficiently while maintaining consistency in formatting, terminology, and style.

Review and edit transcriptions for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and completeness prior to final submission.

Ensure transcriptions are completed in a timely manner to support the development of MCCLL formal reports and deliverables.

Process and manage transcription workloads across multiple recordings, ensuring prioritization and adherence to deadlines.

Maintain confidentiality and properly handle sensitive or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) contained within audio recordings and transcripts.

Coordinate with team members to clarify unclear audio, terminology, or context as needed.

Utilize Microsoft Word and other tools to produce finalized transcription products in accordance with program standards.

Perform related work as assigned.

Must be willing to work onsite as required to support program execution.
Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
Education

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Required Experience

Experience performing transcription services, including converting audio recordings into written documents.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality written products.

Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.

Ability to understand and transcribe technical, military, or operational terminology.

Experience managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).

Familiarity with handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and sensitive materials.
Desired Experience

Experience supporting DoD or Federal Government programs preferred.

Experience transcribing interviews, operational discussions, or structured data collection sessions preferred.

Familiarity with Marine Corps terminology or operational concepts a plus.
Clearance

Must be a United States Citizen.

Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance or be currently adjudicated and eligible for Secret access in DISS at the time of award.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
