About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the branch while leading and developing a team focused on delivering exceptional service and achieving performance goals. You will play a critical role in fostering employee engagement, maintaining operational excellence, strengthening member relationships, and ensuring a positive experience for every member who walks through the door.
What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in financial services, retail leadership, customer service management, or a related field

Previous leadership or supervisory experience with a proven ability to develop and motivate teams
