Duties
- Safely move and park new and used vehicles within the dealership lot, including parking areas.
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely and secure transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized lot by washing, detailing, or preparing vehicles as needed.
- Help customers locate vehicles on the lot and provide friendly guest services throughout their visit.
- Perform light manual labor such as heavy lifting of vehicle parts or accessories to support dealership operations.
- Process cash transactions related to vehicle sales or services with accuracy and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status, lot organization, and customer needs.
Experience
- Prior experience in dealership operations or automotive service is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating standard passenger cars; delivery driver experience is advantageous.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform retail math calculations efficiently.
- Bilingual skills are a plus to better serve diverse customer needs.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as heavy lifting and standing for extended periods is essential.
