The Volunteer Coordinator provides support to agencies by means of volunteer recruitment, supervision, and documentation as identified by the Volunteer Services Manager
Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location:
Larkspur Office with occasional travel to our Sonoma Office

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinate recruitment, screening, orientation, training, and retention of volunteers in both clinical and nonclinical roles
- Select, assign, and remain an overall resource for volunteers
- Maintain volunteer personnel files according to BTBH policy and procedures
- Maintain current and updated volunteer records in the electronic database
- Provide education/orientation to agency staff regarding assignment, supervision, and maintaining effective working relationships with volunteers
Education/Experience:
- Associate degree (A. ) or equivalent from two-year college; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years' experience coordinating volunteer programs preferred
Pay Range:
$28.00 - $38.00 hourly
