Early Childhood Teacher (Infant–Pre-K) Join Our Team!
The Little Learning Place is an early childhood academy dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children learn, grow, and thrive. We believe the early years lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning, which is why we combine quality care with a developmentally appropriate curriculum that encourages curiosity, creativity, confidence, and a love of learning.
One of the things that sets our academy apart is our lower teacher-to-child ratios, allowing our teachers to build meaningful relationships with each child while providing the individualized attention they deserve.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children, takes pride in creating a positive classroom environment, communicates well with parents and coworkers, and understands that a great childcare center succeeds when everyone works together. Whether you're helping in your own classroom or lending a hand to another teacher, we believe teamwork creates the best experience for our children, families, and staff.
While experience in early childhood education is preferred, we are happy to train the right person. We provide the curriculum, lesson plans, training, and support needed so our teachers can focus on building relationships with children and creating meaningful learning experiences.
