Minimum Company Pay Policy
- All employees minimum pay is 20.00 per hour at employee's one year anniversary with company
- All employees minimum pay is 25.00 per hour at employee's five year anniversary with company
- All employees minimum pay is 30.00 per hour at employee's 10 year anniversary with company
Lead Installer: Starting Pay Range: $17-20 per hour
Job Description:
- Ability to install simple W-pan awnings
- Ability to install all seamless gutters which include corners, miters, splash guards, scupper boxes, and down spouts.
- Ability to install vinyl skirtings and aluminum skirtings on manufactured homes
- Ability to install window awnings: louvered, lattice, and window screens
- Ability to install car shades: louvered, lattice, and screen shades
- Ability to interface with customer and manage an apprentice
- Ability to operate a skid steer with numerous attachments

Foreman 1: Pay Range, $20-23 per hour
Job Description:
- Must be proficient as a Lead Installer
- Ability to install Aluma-wood lattice awnings
- Ability to install single and double gabled W-pan awnings
- Ability to install steel awnings
- Ability to install hardi/lap sided skirting
- Ability to install basic storage shed
- Ability to install basic screen rooms and screen doors
- Ability to install glass rooms
- Ability to install shingle roofs and aluminum rolled roofs
- Ability to weld steel railing and fabricate posts
- Ability to install complex free-standing awnings and RV carports

Job Description:
- Must be proficient as a Lead Installer and Foreman 1
- Ability to install raised composite wood decks with multiple railing options (wood railing, steel railing, aluminum railing, composite railing and hybrid railing)
- Ability to install complex screen and glass rooms
- Ability to install complex lattice projects
- Ability to install Versatube shade covers and Versatube garages
- Ability to install wood framed garages
- Ability to install sheetrock and apply texture

Paternity/Maternity Leave Guidelines
Eligibility Guidelines
- You must be with the company for 1 year before being eligible.
- You must start your leave within 1 month after the child’s birth.
- You are eligible to receive 2 weeks paid time off at your current hourly rate
- The time must be taken in consecutive days
Bonus Pay Out Guidelines
- Bonuses are paid out on a quarterly base (Fiscal Year: January to December)
- You are eligible to collect your bonus ONLY 90 days after you complete the qualifying quarter
- This is for numerous reasons including but not limited to:
- Funds: Allows time to collect balances due on your completed projects
- Repairs: All project repairs from work completed in that time period must be resolved
- If you leave before the 90 days after the completion of the quarter, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO COLLECT THAT BONUS
