Position Summary:
The HR Associate is a vital part of our HR team, responsible for supporting HR operations and ensuring efficient and effective HR processes.
This is an in-office position offering a salary plus performance bonus.
Core Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist HR Manager with daily HR processes and ensure they are completed efficiently according to company guidelines.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries during business hours.
- Recruiting & Hiring: Assist in the recruitment and hiring processes for Care Staff.
- Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new Care Staff, from offer acceptance through to orientation.
- Training Coordination: Assist in managing and executing our annual training sessions for Care Staff.
- Coaching and Support: Coaching and support of Care staff
- Data Management: Ensure company software and HR systems are up-to-date with accurate employee data.
- Employee Inquiries: Process and respond to Care Staff inquiries in a timely manner.
- Data Analysis: Analyze HR data for trends, track performance metrics, and provide insights for decision-making.
Support Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR reporting and metrics.
- Participate in admin team meetings and special projects as assigned.
- Organize and maintain HR files to ensure easy access to essential documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing employee and candidate inquiries.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting coordination for the HR team.
Requirements:
- Skills & Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in HR processes.
- Highly motivated, fast learner with a Positive attitude.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
