We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing commercial cleaning company serving Daytona Beach and the greater Volusia County area.
This role is ideal for someone with strong existing relationships in the local business community and a proven track record of selling B2B services, particularly in commercial cleaning or facility maintenance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leverage your network to secure new commercial cleaning contracts across offices, medical facilities, retail, restaurants, warehouses, and other commercial properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and facility managers throughout Volusia County.
- Close new accounts and help manage the clients you bring on board.
- Represent a professional, reliable cleaning company focused on quality and long-term partnerships.
Compensation & Career Growth:
- First stage: Commission-only (trial period to assess fit and performance)
- After Stage 1: High commission structure + monthly expense reimbursement (gas, phone, and business-related costs)
- Strong earning potential with no commission caps
- Clear career progression: Senior Sales Manager → Area Manager → Branch Manager
- Full training, professional sales materials, and ongoing support provided
