About Oradell Animal Hospital:
Our progressive, 24-hour, state-of-the-art veterinary facility is seeking detail-oriented, team-focused individuals to join our Client Services Department. We are growing quickly and are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced—sometimes stressful—environment while consistently providing compassionate, respectful service to our clients.
About the Role:
This position involves significant client interaction and minimal animal handling. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Veterinary or medical knowledge a plus
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Pre-employment drug screening required
- All employees must be available to work at least 16 hours of holiday time annually
Schedule & Hours:
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- 24–40 hours per week
- One weekend day required
Pay Range:
$18 - $24 per hour based on experience
