Non corporate, veterinarian owned, no drama tolerated. We show up to work on time, we do not call out and leave team members hanging, and we create the team we dream to have by being talented, capable, driven and detailed orientated.
Most clients have Trupanion insurance, and we schedule appointments per pet not per owner. In addition we offer 30-60 minute appointment times, in effect preventing wait times for clients and starting them on the right foot, not angry.
We don’t do wellness plan and we don’t over burden the staff with extreme numbers of pets to be seen daily.
We do work, we take initiative and we support each other.

We are led by our veterinArian who has 30 years in the industry of which 21 have been a veterinarian.
We endeavor to initiate, as well as, follow the guidance without difficulty.
No egos, no self absorbed persons need apply.
We focus on efficiency and execution and require affable team members.
Required team members include compassionate veterinary receptionist, veterinary assistant, veterinary tech and a veterinary assistant hospital manager to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to pet owners while ensuring the smooth operation of our veterinary practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and veterinary staff.
Duties
- Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for veterinary services.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist in managing the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and veterinarians to facilitate patient care.
- Provide information on medication administration, animal handling, and care instructions as needed.

- All office work including email management, bill pay, filing, social media posts, client services, scheduling, reviewing protocols, stocking, ordering, inventory and more.
Skills
- Experience within a veterinary or animal care environment is preferred but capable, proven team members that have transferable skills should still apply.
- Familiarity with animal handling practices.
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
- Experience as a veterinary technician, receptionist or assistant is a plus, particularly in areas such as small animal medicine.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their pets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing records and schedules effectively.
- Ability to work in an environment that can be challenging at times while still maintaining a respectful, calm demeanor during stressful situations.
