Quality Care LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator Assistant / Direct Service Professional.
Role Overview:
This hybrid position combines administrative support duties with hands-on care delivery. You will spend part of your time assisting the Care Coordination team with office-related tasks, and the remainder providing direct support to clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with paperwork and documentation related to client services, including data entry and filing.

Support scheduling, communications, and office organization to ensure smooth daily operations.

Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation.

Help clients develop and maintain independent living skills in their home environment.

Collaborate with Care Coordinators and other staff to promote client well-being.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience with office software and ability to handle paperwork accurately.
