We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Multi Unit Apartment Property. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two year's property management experience of managing tenant relations, maintaining properties, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and inspections.
- Oversee tenant relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving conflicts professionally.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Negotiate leases, rental agreements, and contracts with tenants and service providers.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and activities.
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Stay updated on local rental market trends and adjust rental rates accordingly.
- Collaborate with the legal team on lease agreements, evictions, and other legal matters.
Qualifications:
- Experience in facilities management and real estate administrative tasks.
- Strong negotiation skills to handle lease agreements and vendor contracts effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including office management and phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage conflict resolution with tenants and vendors professionally.
- Knowledge of Section 8 housing regulations is a plus.
- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to property management contracts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
