Are you an experienced mechanic looking for stable, year-round work with a growing company? We're hiring a Fleet Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of Ford Transit cargo vans.

Schedule
Preferred Split Shift
6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Monday–Friday
Additional hours and overtime may be available.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, filters, fluids)
Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, steering, suspension, and brake systems
Troubleshoot check engine lights and drivability concerns
Replace batteries, alternators, starters, sensors, and cooling system components
Inspect vehicles and ensure they are safe and ready for operation
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Help minimize vehicle downtime and keep the fleet running efficiently
Qualifications
Automotive or fleet mechanic experience preferred
Experience with Ford Transit vans is a plus
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently
Valid driver's license
Basic mechanic tools required
ASE certifications are a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay: $25/hour
Higher pay based on experience and skill level
