Job Overview
We are seeking a Part Time Clinical Supervisor that will be responsible for providing clinical oversight, supervision, and support to counseling staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services. This position assists in maintaining compliance with CARF, licensing, Medicaid, and other regulatory requirements while promoting positive client outcomes and professional staff development.
Responsibilities
Clinical Supervision- CCS Credential is required
· Provide regular individual and group clinical supervision to counseling staff.
· Review and approve clinical documentation as required by licensing and credentialing standards.
· Assist counselors in case conceptualization, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
· Support staff in managing complex clinical cases and crisis situations.
· Ensure adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality regulations, and professional boundaries.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
· Conduct chart reviews and documentation audits to ensure compliance with CARF, Medicaid, state licensing, and agency standards.
· Monitor treatment plans, assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries for accuracy and quality.
· Assist with corrective action plans related to clinical documentation and service delivery.
· Support agency accreditation and regulatory review processes.
Staff Development
· Provide coaching, mentoring, and clinical guidance to counseling staff.
· Assist in identifying training needs and recommending professional development opportunities.
· Facilitate clinical case consultations and educational discussions.
· Promote evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care approaches.
Program Support
· Collaborate with leadership regarding program development and clinical operations.
· Participate in clinical staff meetings and interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
· Assist with policy and procedure development and implementation as needed.
· Provide recommendations for improving clinical services and client outcomes.
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
