About the Role
As a Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager—helping oversee daily operations, train and develop team members, and ensure every guest leaves happy. You’ll thrive in a fun, fast-paced culture that takes food seriously—but not ourselves.
Responsibilities
- Support the GM in managing restaurant operations, staffing, and scheduling
- Lead by example and inspire the team with a positive attitude
- Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members
- Monitor inventory, food quality, and cleanliness
- Help create schedules that meet labor targets and business needs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience (fast food or drive-thru preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and POS systems

Compensation
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
