Qualifications:
College hours, high school diploma or GED
Proficient keyboarding, word processing, and file maintenance skills
Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prepare and conduct meetings
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Primary Purpose:
Implement Early Childhood Intervention Standards and guidelines for submitting into TKIDS and the Electronic Health Record Systems. Coordinate the gathering of data for state reports. Work with administrators in charge of ECI Program and services to ensure the correct submission of their data in state reports. Serve as a resource for administrators needing reports or other forms of student data. Support program wide TKIDS and Electronic Health Record users in the performance of their duties as related to student data collection, verification, and reporting.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train and support ECI Program staff.
- Train and support all TKIDS and Electronic Health Records program users (Leadership, Support Staff and Direct Service Staff) in the procedures of data collection, verification, and reporting as related to ECI reports and Electronic Health Records data systems reports.
- Conduct TKIDS and Electronic Health Records user support training.
- Perform data extracts, edits and assist program staff in all student data error corrections for the TKIDS and Electronic Health Records systems student data collection, verification, and reporting
- Research and provide input as the coding of any students with special circumstances.
- Coordinate with software programmers/developers for TKIDS and the Electronic Health Records database systems.
- Assist Program Supervisor by providing student data and programs information and reports.
- Work with Program Supervisor in the ongoing development of procedures and processes.
- Assist Program Supervisor with TKIDS and Electronic Health Records student data collection, reporting, and verification for specific areas of responsibility.
- Responsible for attending training available for TKIDS and Electronic Health Records procedures provided by Health and Human Services Early Childhood Intervention and contract technology group.
- Prepare for Health Human Services ECI student data audits.
- Ensure district compliance with Health Human Services Early Childhood Intervention regulations relating to student accounting and reporting.
- Attend all Katy ISD related trainings from ESC/Technology.
- Assist ECI Program staff in correcting data errors.
- Ensure the monthly TKIDS Upload is submitted in a timely manner.
- Other duties and assigned.
