Local custom home builder specializing in new construction and remodels on Amelia Island is looking to add an assistant superintendent/punch specialist to our team that can provide the following services:
- positive customer relations and professionalism
- self starter and motivated, ability to work independently
- daily site clean ups to include sweeping, disposing of trash, and securing properties
- light framing
- basic trim carpentry
- minor sheetrock patches
- paint touch up
- caulking
- requires an eye for detail
- willingness to work as a team with other subcontractors
- general knowledge of the various trades
- ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues to find solutions
- positive communication with others
Must have your own truck/van for transporting materials and tools. Typically 40-45 hours per week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
