Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor cleaning service proposals that meet client specifications
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms confidently to secure new accounts and expand existing client relationships
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase market share within residential and commercial sectors
- Manage ongoing account relationships with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through regular follow-up
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling presentations and promotional materials that highlight our service advantages
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development within service industries such as cleaning or facility management
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
- Demonstrated success in lead generation through warm calling, networking, or other proactive outreach methods
- Analytical mindset capable of assessing market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs for strategic decision-making
- Leadership qualities with a proactive attitude towards driving growth and exceeding sales targets

There is an opportunity for one of the selected salespeople to become the region's Sales Director.
Earn a base pay plus commission. You will earn 5% of all sales transactions that result from a client you sign, as long as you work for the company.
Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
