Pharmacy Clerk – Part Time Position
28 hours/bi-weekly pay
Available for rotating weekends and some holidays
Scheurer Family Pharmacy in Habor Beach, a part of Scheurer Network, is seeking a part time Pharmacy Clerk. Applicants will need to be available to work evenings, rotating weekends, and some holidays.
Responsibilities
-
Assist customers and greet them in a professional and friendly manner.

Assist with retail (Customer service, handling cash, and processing register transactions).

Clean shelves and “front” merchandise; place orders for restocking at least three times a week.

Restock prescription vials, caps, and bags.

Answer telephone

Maintain and file records

Be able to maintain strict confidentiality

Assisting in the maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy

Assist Pharmacist and other staff as needed
-
Participate in pharmacy orientation programs, training programs for pharmacy supportive personnel, pharmacy staff meetings and in-service education programs.
Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; no experience required.
