SOC Integrated Services is hiring licensed therapists and clinicians for our Atlanta community behavioral health program. As an independent contractor with SOC, you'll have the flexibility to build a caseload that works for your schedule while delivering evidence-based therapy to clients who genuinely need it.
Whether you specialize in individual therapy, family systems work, or group modalities, we want to hear from you. You'll be supported by a Clinical Director with deep community roots and a leadership team invested in your success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to clients across the lifespan
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to client diagnoses and goals
- Travel to school sites as needed to provide therapy to school-aged clients
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with Case Managers and Clinical Director for integrated care
WHAT YOU BRING
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage& Family Therapy
- Active, unrestricted Georgia licensure (preferred) : LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent
REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Strong documentation skills and comfort with EHR platforms
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Experience with children, adolescents, and families in community settings
- Training in CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, or motivational interviewing
- Telehealth experience
- Prior school-based mental health experience
