What We’re Looking For:
3 to 5 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment ( Required)
Proven success in operations generating $10M+ in annual revenue
Experience leading teams of 100+ employees, including FOH and BOH
Demonstrated success in restaurant openings and launching new locations
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Guest-first mindset with a focus on quality and consistency
Ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure top-notch service and efficiency
- Recruit, train, and retain exceptional team members
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to hit revenue and growth targets
- Manage budgets, labor, and inventory with a focus on profitability
- Drive a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and passion
