Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Landscape Scheduler & Purchasing Coordinator to oversee daily scheduling of landscape crews and manage purchasing of materials, plants, and supplies. This role is essential to keeping projects on schedule, maintaining inventory, and ensuring crews have everything needed to complete work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule daily and weekly work for landscape, tree and installation crews.
- Coordinate with clients and field supervisors regarding project timelines and schedule changes.
- Purchase plants, materials, equipment, and supplies while maintaining budget goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Track inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites.
- Work closely with Accounting for budget and record keeping.
- Coordinate equipment rentals and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate scheduling and purchasing records.
- Ensure compliance by completing 811 calls as needed for all upcoming work.
- Take care of mulch, stone and soil deliveries as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape, construction, or operations scheduling preferred.
- Knowledge of landscape materials, plants, irrigation, and hardscape products is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling or landscape management software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- DOT physical certification is required.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
