Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate door to door logistics for household goods shipments, including pickup, packing, transportation (ocean & air freight), storage, and delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns throughout the move process
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipment documentation (estimates, inventories, ocean bills of lading, AWBs, delivery receipts, etc.)
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays, damages, or service issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable transportation regulations
- Track shipment costs
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years’+ of experience in logistics, transportation, moving services, or relocation coordination preferred
- Familiarity with GSA/ITGBL programs is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Working in a networked environment using Windows and/or Windows like interface using Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook at a proficient level
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment:
- Office-based with frequent communication via phone and email
- May require flexibility to support moves across multiple time zones
