The Experienced Service Technician is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of technicians in the efficient and effective repair and maintenance of vehicles.
Responsibilities
Technical Expertise:

Diagnose and repair complex automotive problems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension systems.

Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Team Leadership:
-
Assign tasks to technicians based on their skills and experience.

Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.
-
Monitor technician performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Train and develop technicians to improve their skills.
Customer Service:
-
Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle repairs.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.
Administrative Tasks:
-
Complete necessary paperwork, including repair orders and work estimates.

Manage inventory of parts and supplies.
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Certifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ASE or Audi technician certifications a strong plus.

Experience: 2+ years experience as an automotive technician

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive problems.

Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and safety standards.

Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools.
