Our key client in the Legal industry is looking for additional members to their team. We have a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Contact Center Agent (Remote/Bring Your Own Device) role on the team.
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour on W2
Work Type: Remote – 50 miles within Approved Hub Locations
Work Schedule: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM PT | 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM MT | 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM CT | 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM ET
Training Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PT | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM MT | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CT | 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM ET will be followed through the duration of Training and Continued Education 8/18 - 8/28. Start work schedule on 8/31.
Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via telephone to provide information
- Process transactions and reply to inquiries about services
- Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues
- Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
- Maintain the highest level of customer service
- Refer unresolved customer issues to designated leadership for resolution
Top Required Skills:
- Call Center Experience
- Ability to Use Computer
- Verbal, Written, Visual (reading) Communication Skills in both Spanish and English
- They need to be able to read in Spanish fluently
- They need to be able to read, speak, and write in Spanish fluently
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months previous customer service experience
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear and calm matter
- Bilingual as required. Reading, writing, speaking.
