Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure continuous operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, schematics, and mechanical components using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
- Maintain HVAC & appliance technology by installing, servicing, and repairing air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment.
- Operate company vehicles safely for on-site service calls or equipment transportation as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures to accurately diagnose issues.
- Conduct equipment repairs and maintenance tasks with precision to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to lead or assist in construction projects or upgrades involving mechanical systems or building infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
- Knowledge of HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, refrigeration technology, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately for troubleshooting purposes.
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Experience operating construction tools or company vehicles safely is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
