We're seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and management-level positions with a strong focus on Information Technology and Cybersecurity. What You'll Do
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own the recruitment process from start to finish by:
- Partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Managing full-cycle recruiting for professional, exempt, and management-level positions
- Sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods
- Screening resumes and conducting phone and virtual interviews
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Conducting reference and background checks
- Extending and negotiating employment offers
- Coordinating onboarding activities for new hires
- Maintaining accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and serving as a trusted recruiting advisor
- Participating in career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws, recruiting policies, and Affirmative Action requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
- Serving as a resource and mentor for less experienced recruiters when needed
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting professional/exempt and management-level positions
- Experience recruiting IT and/or Cybersecurity professionals
- 3+ years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions independently
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience recruiting for positions such as:
- Cybersecurity Engineers
- Information Security Analysts
- Security Operations Center (SOC) Analysts
- Cloud Security Engineers
- Network Security Engineers
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialists
- Software Engineers
- IT Infrastructure professionals
- Experience with Affirmative Action Plans (AAP)
- Experience attending career fairs and networking events
- Experience mentoring junior recruiters
- Experience driving recruiting process improvements
