Who are we looking for?
The Account Executive is responsible for originating new accounts onto the ATG platform and driving growth initiatives across a top-tier portfolio that comprises a significant portion of the ATG North America revenue stream. Account Executives are responsible for originating new accounts, focusing on outbound and inbound phone calls, and emails to drive growth within a top-tier portfolio at a high volume. By maintaining a focus on measurable productivity and aligning efforts with monthly sales quotas, the Account Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of ATG North America's revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
The role demands expertise in prospecting and lead generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of high-quality leads. Strong negotiation and closing skills are required to structure mutually beneficial deals, along with market analysis capabilities to assess trends and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies.
Communication and Presentation:
The ideal candidate will possess persuasive verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate value propositions. Confidence in delivering compelling, data-driven presentations is essential, as is active listening to truly understand client concerns and adapt strategies accordingly.
Technical and Analytical Skills:
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is essential for tracking leads, pipeline activity, and performance metrics. A data-driven approach is needed to measure success and refine strategies. An in-depth understanding of the client’s industry is also critical to effectively position products and services.
Time and Resource Management:
Strong organizational skills are needed to prioritize multiple accounts and deadlines. Adaptability is key for responding to shifting market conditions or evolving client needs. Self-motivation is crucial for independently driving tasks while meeting team objectives.

Ability to effectively communicate with clients as well as individuals at all levels in the organization in an articulate, professional manner
Exceptional interpersonal skills and confident speaker/presenter
Ability to understand ATG’s strategies and apply those strategies through consulting efforts with clients while delivering a positive company message
Ability to communicate and persuasively motivate others in a professional and friendly manner
Ability to work in a hybrid role, with in-office attendance at least three days per week
Strong commercial, negotiation and numerical skills to structure deals and report on portfolio
Highly organized and able to manage multiple outlets of information
Must possess a flexible, positive disposition and respond well to high-pressure situations and manage them end-to-end
Effectively manages time to ensure client needs are met and productivity is maximized
Must be a driven problem solver and a creative thinker
Able to work independently as well as with a team and maintain a positive attitude under all circumstances to foster a positive team environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
3+ years of related experience is required
Previous experience in client/account relationship management is required
Day-to-day client coaching and consultation experience with strengths in presenting information and instilling best practices
Excellent computer skills, including expertise with Office suites, web navigation, CRM tools (preferably Salesforce), and online conferencing software

The base pay for this role is $50,000 plus commission. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
