As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our customers with responsibility to implement the technical modules/aspects of Global Shop Solutions. These include, but are not limited to
- Implementation of GS Mobile
- Data migration
- CODESOFT label generation/modification
- Shop floor process improvement/efficiency gain
- Implement best practices and streamline shop floor efficiency
- Ability to build custom programming specification docs
- Help to develop tools to improve the customer experience
- CAD and nesting integrations
Travel
- 75% of time will be travel related (including consulting, training or implementing GS Mobile) with 1-2 weeks in-house activity – project support, VTs, custom spec support and others.

Skills
- Crystal Reports and IT in general
- GAB experience developing small to medium projects and provide a technical spec for the CI Custom Team for larger requirements
Organization
- Effective organizational and time management skills with proficiency in prioritizing tasks and balancing workload in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience
- GAB experience (designing, developing and implementing solutions)
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Good initiative and assertiveness
- Fluency in English required - both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (XP/Vista/Windows7) and Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel, Access/Outlook/PowerPoint)
- Stay current on the latest and ongoing custom projects being developed for other customers
- Participate and teach at the biennial ERP User Conference when possible
- We will provide shadow opportunities with Senior Consultants with vast amount of experience
